Bob started his career in 1988, as a self employed window washer.  Per his customer's request, he took on handyman projects. He found a natural ability, to complete tasks, to his customers satisfaction. This eventually evolved to property management maintenance accounts, which totalled overseeing 1800 units, both multi family and single family residences.  As Bob met various tradesman, he was encouraged to involve himself and his twenty employees in residential and commercial remodeling.  During this growth period, Bob would insert himself, hands on, in working alongside the different trades.  He would then become knowledgeable and proficient in many skills.  In 1995, he built his first home addition.  Additions and remodeling, became the gateway to Bob and his crews, entering the new construction home builders status. Bob is very aware of the steps in every phase of construction. His customers and contractors respect and appreciate his savvy.  This knowledge, allows a smooth, well managed process, with no excuses or shortcuts.  Bob and his team are excited to show each and every customer, their "Pride In Excellence"
